- A detailed introspection & listing of your issues that you want to work upon - physical, mental, emotional, spiritual issues.
- An opening and centering meditation to introspect your own breath
- Theory of the chakra system and how they manifest. Useful tools to engage and balance the chakras.
- Creative guided chakra meditations
⚠️ Suitable for beginners and advanced meditators
⚠️ EXPECTATION FROM PARTICIPANTS
You will be expected to go through a short writeup or audio or video every day and some introspection of yourself. And then a short experiential exercise of around 15 minutes daily to do at your end independently.
You can consume the content when you get time during the day and post your questions or sharings. This is not a live class. But better than that because you get time to re-listen the lectures at your own convenient time & the instructor is accessible to you for asking questions.
